Rental units are rented on a first come first serve basis. A signed contract and $500.00 down payment or amount of rental (whichever is less) will reserve the rental unit of your choice. Rental balance is due when the unit is picked up. A $1000.00 security damage deposit is held on a credit card or cash at time of pick up. Security damage deposit is not to be confused with the down payment. Deposits are returned within 48 hours of return when the rental unit is returned with no damage, clean (inside and outside) fuel and propane tanks full and holding tanks empty. Some destinations require a different security damage deposit. A $50.00 modification fee will apply on existing reservations within 45 days of rental.

Cancellation Policy: After we have received your signed contract and minimum downpayment, the rental unit is no longer made available to other customers. YOUR DOWN PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
